These are your tasks:
- Communication with the internal and external sales teams and with customers by telephone and e-mail
- Creation and tracking of quotations and orders
- Complaints processing and posting of credit notes
- Support for wholesale and specialist trade customers, possibly DIY stores
- Master data maintenance
- Processing customer requests
- Interface between all internal departments and our customers

Dural GmbH is an internationally operating supplier of profiles for tiles and is currently looking for full and part-time reinforcement for the logistics department at our headquarters in Ruppach-Goldhausen. Over 150 highly motivated employees have made it their business to develop profiles, systems and solutions and market them worldwide via specialist retailers.

They record the goods by computer, unpack them, sort and store them properly or forward them to their destination in the company. For shipping, they pack goods, fill out accompanying documents, assemble delivery units and load trucks. They mark, label and secure shipments. In doing so, observe e.g. the dangerous goods regulation and customs regulations. They transport the goods with the help of transport equipment and conveyors, such as forklifts.
Your profile: Good secondary school leaving certificate, good math skills
You are a team player and like to organize. You also work carefully and operate technical equipment responsibly. Then this is the ideal training for you. At DURAL, you’ll learn everything you need to know to successfully graduate, and you’ll also receive support for the requirements of vocational school.

Wholesale and foreign trade management assistants plan and monitor purchasing, logistics and sales processes at home and abroad and help to optimize them. They order goods, negotiate delivery dates and conditions, conclude transport contracts, take care of customs formalities, monitor shipments and process payment transactions. They advise customers on the product range and take on tasks in controlling and carry out target group-oriented marketing measures.
