Collection of your personal data when you visit our website (usage data)
If you visit our website for information purposes only, we only collect the personal data that your browser sends to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the data that is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 (I) 1 f GDPR):
– IP address (anonymized, shortened by the last three digits)

– Website from which the request comes
– Browse, language and version of the browser software.

Data security
We take both technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access as comprehensively as possible: We use an encryption process on our pages for this purpose. Your data is transmitted from your computer to our server and vice versa via the Internet using TLS encryption.
Data recipient
For secure processing, we transmit all our data, including yours, within the framework of order processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Art. 28 GDPR to our service provider, which has decades of experience and supports us in the operation of our websites (hosting) and the associated processes. Our service provider is strictly bound by our instructions and contractually obligated accordingly.
Cookies
We use cookies on our websites, i.e. small text files that can be stored and read on your end device. A distinction is made between cookies that are deleted as soon as you close your browser and those that are stored beyond the individual session. Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), i.e. the right to request the restriction of processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR is met, e.g. if you have objected to processing, for the duration of any review.
Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), i.e. the right, in certain cases listed in detail in Art. 20 GDPR, to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request the transmission of this data to a third party.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR), i.e. the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of your data which is based on Art. 6 (1) GDPR. I f (data processing to safeguard legitimate interests). We will then no longer process the personal data unless there are demonstrably compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), i.e. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of data concerning you violates data protection regulations. The right to lodge a complaint can be asserted in particular with a supervisory authority in the Member State of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

Contact / inquiry form
You can contact us via a web form, we will then need your title, your name and your e-mail address. You can provide further information voluntarily.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. I f GDPR. Your data will only be processed to answer your request and deleted after storage is no longer necessary, or processed to a limited extent if there are legal obligations to retain data. It will not be passed on to third parties.

Application form
We process the personal data you provide to us in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations on the basis of Section 26 BDSG. We process the data you provide to us as part of your online application solely for the purpose of selecting applicants. Data processing for other purposes does not take place.
You yourself determine the scope of the data that you transmit to us as part of your online application. Online applications are transmitted electronically to our HR department, where they are processed as quickly as possible. The transmission is encrypted. Your data will be treated confidentially in our company. If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will be deleted in accordance with the statutory deadlines.
You can indicate on your application that you would like us to consider you for other or future vacancies. We then process your data on the basis of Art. 6 para. I a GDPR.
Google Maps
We have integrated Google Maps on our websites in the legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. I f GDPR, so that you can plan the route to our company locations. If you use the map, e.g. by clicking on our locations listed there, we do not collect any data from you. To our knowledge, the company Google LLC 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043 USA does not collect any personal data in the context of Google Maps. The processing of data by Google Inc. Social media plugins
To protect your privacy, we do not use social plugins. We only include graphic links from social network providers (e.g. www.facebook.com). This means that your browser is initially unable to establish a direct connection with the social network provider’s server. DURAL GmbH accepts no liability for the data protection guidelines and procedures of the linked sites.
