DURABASE FGT is a reinforcing mat of the latest generation which, due to the choice of materials and its construction, guarantees maximum strength, but at the same time is flexible enough to compensate for any stresses that occur and to bridge cracks. This makes it the safe choice for all types of coverings on substrates that do not have sufficient load-bearing capacity. It is suitable for large-format tiles as well as for modern design coverings, for directly bonded carpets or natural stone coverings. The special structure of glass fibre mesh and glass fibre fleece interlocks with the substrate and tile adhesive and thus guarantees a permanent bond between the substrate and the floor covering.
